Doris Miculan Bradley is an International Sommelier and Restaurateur for the CN Tower's 360 Revolving Restaurant. Doris has more than 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry as a chef, raconteur, hospitality educator, wine judge and former licensed import agent for Champagne Louis de Sacy Grand Cru. Doris is a professor in the Hospitality and Tourism program at George Brown College, where she teaches classes such as Wines, The Regionality and Global Perspective of Food and Wine, Theory of Dining Room Service and Principles of Food Hospitality Law. Doris is also a two-time recipient of the Toronto Tourism award and a coach for sommelier students with the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
