André Piché is the owner and operator of the Québec cheese boutique Fromagerie Maitre Corbeau. André has been active in the cheese business for more than 20 years as a spokesperson for the Dairy Farmers of Canada, a public speaker, teacher and author. Some of his many accomplishments include teaching courses on managing a deli department, providing consulting in marketing dairy products and publishing a book on Québec cheese, 80 meilleurs fromages de chez nous et leur vin d'accompagnement. André is also the founder of Fromager Marchand, an association that provides defence for the right of the cheese retailer. André also has a creative side, as food stylist for La route des fromages fins du Québec.
