Sue Riedl, Writer, Cheese Column, Globe & Mail

Photo of Sue Riedl Sue Riedl writes the Globe and Mail's Cheese column. She has always had a passion for writing and food, but began her career as a producer in the film industry. It wasn't until 2006 when she began studying cuisine at the Cordon Bleu in England, that Sue found a love for cheese. Sue returned to Toronto in 2007 and began working in the restaurant industry. Following her heart, Sue realized she could combine her passion for food and talent in writing as a freelance writer for the Globe. Sue enrolled in Kathy Guidi's cheese education classes as research, and in 2008 launched the Cheese column for the Globe and Mail.
