Zinta graduated with honours last September from the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) Certified Sommelier Program at George Brown. She has more than a decade of experience in the restaurant industry in both Toronto and the U.K., most notably at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, as well as George and The Rosebud in Toronto.
Currently, Zinta is the Sommelier of l'unità and Malena restaurants in Toronto and is enrolled in George Brown College’s Professional Fromager Certificate.
