Jesse Vallins, a native of Toronto, graduated at the top of his class in the culinary management program at George Brown College in 2000. Over the last decade he has worked in some of the top restaurants in Toronto and is at present the chef de cuisine at Trevor Kitchen and Bar. Raised by a British father, he gained an appreciation for beer, bacon sandwiches and especially cheese. He is currently enrolled in the George Brown College Professional Fromager Certificate program.
