Jody Farnham, UVM Jody M. Farnham, Program Coordinator for the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese (VIAC) received her B.A. in the College of Education at the University of Vermont in 1981. Ms. Farnham has held positions at UVM in Public Relations and Continuing Education. Prior to coming to VIAC she successfully ran her own business as a children’s wear designer/wholesaler for 8 years. She has been a consultant to Vermont College and Norwich University on Educational Programming and was with the Burlington Vermont School District for three years prior to coming to VIAC. She coordinates the professional and public education programs, including international exchange programs with Italy, France, Britain and Spain Among other departmental responsibilities, Jody handles public relations, marketing and outreach for the newly established Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese. Presently she is a national and local conference planning committee member for the American Cheese Society’s annual conference 2007.
