In her role as Chef of Jamie Kennedy Wine Bar, Tobey is heavily involved with increasing awareness of environmental issues by supporting and contributing to a network of artisan producers of food and wine. Along with Jamie, Tobey is fiercely committed to strengthening our ties to local farmers, craftspeople, and artisan food producers, as well as encouraging the democratization of gastronomy in our society.
