The 2009 OCS Conference will be held on Tuesday, April 28 at Hart House on the University of Toronto Campus. Following the annual conference, the OCS will host an Ontario Cheese Tasting and Marketplace. This event will be open to the public and is expected to sell out at 500 tickets. Last year's pilot Marketplace event was a huge hit, with all tickets completely sold out. Attendees will meet the cheesemakers, taste the cheese and have the opportunity to purchase hard-to-source cheeses. more…
