OCS & Ontario Colleges awarded OMIF grant to advance artisanal cheese. Here's a quote from St. Lawrence College; “The project will assess market demand for eastern Ontario artisanal cheese, producers' learning needs, and the ability of the colleges and their partners to meet these needs”. (read more from St. Lawrence College). As part of the grant, St. Lawrence College is looking to hire a market researcher. St. Lawrence also received another OMIF grant to create a “Virtual Artisanal Cheese Research Centre[2009-03-23]
